Welcome to Nuvem Print. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, online price calculator, and printing services. By accessing or placing an order through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Nuvem Print provides professional printing and publishing services including, but not limited to, book printing, business cards, posters, banners, flyers, and other creative print solutions.

We also provide an online price calculator (“Calculator”) that allows customers to estimate the cost of printing before placing an order.

2. Use of the Price Calculator

• The Calculator is intended to provide an estimated price based on the options you select (e.g., size, paper type, quantity, finish).

• Final prices may vary depending on design review, file adjustments, special finishing, or additional services requested.

• Prices generated by the Calculator are not binding until confirmed by Nuvem Print in the official order confirmation.

3. Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed online after reviewing the price calculated.

• Full payment (or any applicable advance payment) must be made before printing begins.

• Orders are confirmed only after Nuvem Print reviews and approves the print files.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text, and designs provided are correct before approval.

4. File Requirements & Proof Approval

• We accept print-ready files in PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or high-resolution JPEG formats.

• Customers must ensure that files meet our printing specifications for size, resolution, and bleed.

• A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing. Printing will not commence without written approval.

• Nuvem Print is not responsible for errors in the final product if they were present in the approved proof.

5. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are in [Currency, e.g., INR] and include GST (unless otherwise stated).

• Full payment must be received before order processing unless credit terms have been agreed upon in writing.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Turnaround & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

• Delays may occur due to technical issues, courier delays, or force majeure events.

• Delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated.

• Nuvem Print is not liable for courier delays after dispatch.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled only before printing begins.

• Once printing has started, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

• Customers must have the rights to use any images, logos, or designs submitted for printing.

• Nuvem Print will not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-supplied materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any defective product is limited to reprinting or replacing the defective items.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
